High efficiency and corrosion resistance main pump system:the machine use stainless steel mixed flow pumps and inverters to control the flow stepless.The main pump has the characteristics of abundant flow,strong penetrating,stepless control to make sure of the quality.Automatic heating &cooling system,in the process cooling rates given through the stainless steel Y type valve to a continuous process by heating and cooling requirements to make heating and cooling more reasonable and better quality.Water lever control system :main cylinder automatic drainage,with the continuous automatic piracy level gauge,make the bath ratio adjustable and more exact.Mixing of the material device and water level control device.High efficiency inner heat-exchanger system:

(1)            Heat interchanger installed at the bottom of the dye vat, make the structure more compact and simplified, and save energy. The inner heat-exchanger has the characteristic of high efficiency, small temperature difference and more stpless.

(2)Direct heating system.
