Characteristics

-- Adopt redesigned traverse-rectified wrapper winding roller, which solves the problem of wrapping frapping fabric tension and left-right stretch non-even due to normal-rectifying. It can increase the wrapping fabric working life.

-- Add the wrapper tension roller. The customer can track and adjust the wrapper fabric tension all the time and set the wrapper fabric tension according to different decatizing technics for different fabric process requirement.

-- Add the proportional pneumatic controlled padder roller, which make wrapper fabric winding more even. The customer have more option for wrapper fabric wrapping ways to meet the requirement of more decatizing technics.

-- Change the previous electric-magnetic mechanical brake into motor torque brake, which greatly reduce mechanical inertia impaction and increase mechanical stability. Especially under emergency stop and switch between upward and backward rotation.

--Change previous lamina pump cooling into lobed element pump cooling, which can get better of cooling. Multi-usage of one pump, which can take out either from steam chamber to cylinder or from cylinder to steam chamber. And it can drain condensed water insider cylinder to solve the problem of cylinder water leakage.

-- Improved the integer structure decatizing cylinder. Previous the cylinder is unmovable. Now it have 2 ways: To-and-fro slowly move and un-move, which make steam penetrate move even and reduce the dacatizing effect difference of inside and outside.

--New designed machine appearance and easy-maintenance body structure. The machine's cover (left and right electric cabinet, up and bottom edge, back cover, left and right door ) can be opened and disassembled. Main driving device is fixed outside the machine. The driving big gear and padder rotating arm is connected by expansion sleeve, which can be disassembled and adjusted easily.
